Goldhirsh Foundation: 21,000 Voices, 1,182 Bold Ideas for LA

More than 21,000 Angelenos came together to cast over 140,000 votes for the issues that matter most to them.
In response, the Goldhirsh Foundation invited local impact organizations to submit their boldest ideas for shaping a better future for Los Angeles.
"We’re excited to share that we received a record-breaking 1,182 proposals from LA-based nonprofits, government agencies, and social enterprises", says Ben Goldhirsh.
These ideas span a wide range of priorities—from expanding STEAM education through robotics, to strengthening tenant protections for affordable housing, and advancing fire relief and recovery efforts across the region.
