Synergos leads Bridging Leadership Workshop for Next-Generation Leaders in Singapore

As part of the Next Generation Philanthropy Leaders Fellowship Program hosted by Alliance For Good during the Business & Philanthropy Forum 2025, Synergos led an immersive Bridging Leadership Workshop designed to equip emerging wealth stewards with the mindset and capabilities needed to navigate complex social challenges.

The workshop was a central feature of Day 1 of the fellowship, which brought together young inheritors, family business successors, and rising social leaders from across Asia. Grounded in Synergos’ global work and proven methodology, the session introduced participants to the core pillars of Bridging Leadership—inner work, systems thinking, and collaboration—a framework used by Synergos to build trust and collective action around the world.

Through a guided exploration titled “Inner Discovery & Dialogue,” participants engaged in reflective exercises to deepen self-awareness, understand personal values, and explore the intentions that shape their leadership journeys. The session also included a creative reflection practice, where participants mapped significant life moments and considered the attributes of meaningful leadership, fostering openness and shared vulnerability within the group.

Building on these inner insights, Synergos facilitated discussions on identifying social problems, distinguishing between simple, complicated, and complex challenges, and understanding why complex issues require new forms of collaborative, trust-based leadership. Participants learned to analyze social systems from diverse perspectives and identify leverage points for action—skills critical for next-generation leaders navigating rapidly evolving global environments.

The workshop complemented the broader fellowship agenda, which includes nature-based learning, peer matching, keynote sessions with global stewards, and masterclasses on sustainable leadership. Synergos’ contribution set the tone for the cohort’s journey by establishing a shared foundation of reflection, systems thinking, and relationship-building.

By guiding participants to connect personal purpose with wider societal impact, Synergos helped the cohort begin developing a leadership practice grounded in empathy, self-awareness, and collaborative action—hallmarks of the Bridging Leadership approach.
