The piece highlights Rifat’s inspiring journey through the Integrated Community-Based Center for Child Care, Protection and Swim-Safe Facilities (ICBC) Project and reflects our collective efforts in advancing drowning prevention, child development, safety, and protection in Bangladesh. It also acknowledges Synergos as one of the lead technical partners supporting this government-led initiative in Bangladesh.
